Getting Started with BMP360

BMP360 — Business Management Platform 360 — is an enterprise-grade, fully integrated business management system developed by MoreTech 360. From CRM and invoicing through to inventory, HR, project management, and AI automation, BMP360 gives your business a single point of control.

What is BMP360?

BMP360 is built on four core principles:

  • Unified Integration — all modules share a single data source, eliminating duplication.
  • Financial Integrity — all financial records are sealed at creation and are audit-safe.
  • Security First — every access point is protected by multi-layered authentication and RBAC.
  • Scalability — the modular architecture lets businesses activate only the features they need.

The Three Layers

BMP360 operates across three separately-authenticated layers:

Logging Into the System

Admin Panel Login

  1. Open your web browser and navigate to your BMP360 admin URL provided by your system administrator.
  2. Enter your registered email address in the Email field.
  3. Enter your password in the Password field.
  4. Click the Sign In button.
  5. If successful, you will be taken to the main BMP360 dashboard.

If you cannot remember your password, click the Forgot Password link on the login page and follow the reset instructions.

Employee Portal Login

  1. Navigate to your company's Employee Portal URL.
  2. Enter your employee email and password.
  3. Click Sign In. You will be taken to your personalised employee dashboard.

Customer Portal Login

  1. Navigate to the Customer Portal link provided by your supplier.
  2. Enter your registered email and password.
  3. Click Sign In. Your dashboard displays your documents, quotes, and communications.

Always log out after your session, especially on shared or public devices.

BMP360 navigation is module-based. Each module is accessible from the left sidebar:

  • Click a module name in the left sidebar to open it.
  • If a module has sub-sections, a dropdown will expand — click the desired sub-section.
  • Use the breadcrumb trail at the top of each page to navigate back.
  • Use the search bar (top right) to quickly locate records.
  • Click the Home icon at any time to return to the main dashboard.

Bookmark frequently used module pages in your browser for faster access.

Security Best Practices

  • Use a unique, strong password — at least 12 characters including uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols.
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Always log out when leaving a shared or public computer.
  • Report suspicious activity to your system administrator immediately.
  • Do not click links in unexpected emails claiming to be from BMP360 — always navigate directly to your admin URL.
  • Request a password reset immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Login Problems

Forgotten Password

  1. Go to the login page for your portal (Admin, Employee, or Customer).
  2. Click Forgot Password.
  3. Enter your registered email address.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.
  5. Click the reset link and enter a new password.

Reset links expire after a short period for security. If yours has expired, simply repeat the process.

Account Locked or Deactivated

If you see an "Account Deactivated" or "Access Denied" message:

  • Admin users: Contact your system administrator.
  • Employees: Contact your HR administrator.
  • Customers: Contact the company whose portal you are trying to access.

Missing Records or Data

If a newly created record is not showing up immediately:

  • Refresh the page (F5 or browser refresh button).
  • Clear any active filters — the list may be filtered to show a subset of records.
  • Check if the record was saved successfully (look for a green confirmation message).

Performance Troubleshooting

If BMP360 is running slowly:

  • Check your internet connection speed.
  • Close unnecessary browser tabs and extensions.
  • Try a different browser — Chrome, Firefox, Edge, or Safari are recommended.
  • Clear your browser cache (Ctrl+Shift+Delete on most browsers).
  • If the issue persists, contact support and describe which pages or modules are slow.
