The Employee Portal is your personal workspace within BMP360. It shows only your own data — tasks assigned to you, your leave requests, and messages from your HR team.
Logging In
- Navigate to your company's Employee Portal URL.
- Enter your employee email and password.
- Click Sign In.
- You will be taken directly to your personalised employee dashboard.
Viewing and Managing Tasks
Tasks assigned to you by HR appear in the My Tasks section. For each task you can:
- View the full task description, attachments, and due date.
- Accept or Reject a newly assigned task.
- Update the task status as you progress (In Progress, Completed).
- Add progress notes visible to your HR administrator.
Submitting Leave Requests
- Navigate to Leave Requests in your portal menu.
- Click Submit New Request.
- Select the leave type and the date range.
- Add any supporting notes or reason.
- Click Submit.
Your HR administrator will review the request and you will receive a notification when it is approved or rejected.
Messages
Messages from your HR administrator appear in the Messages section. All messages are private to you — you cannot see messages sent to other employees.
Updating Your Profile
Click your name or profile icon at the top of the portal to access your account settings. You can update your contact details and change your password from here.
Keep your portal profile up to date — your HR administrator uses your contact details for notifications and task assignments.
